NuFerrin® high purity, spray-dried Lactoferrin is derived from premium raw skim milk, resulting in a product that has low iron saturation levels, low endotoxin levels and exhibits anti-inflammatory activity.
NuFerrin® spray-dried Lactoferrin is quicker to dissolve than the freeze-dried equivalent—leading to increased effectiveness and greater benefit to consumers. We use low heat rapid product stability spray drying techniques which creates superior solubility and powder particle properties with low light scattering effect. Typically, lactoferrin is freeze-dried and milled, resulting in particles that can be more difficult to dissolve which reduces its beneficial qualities.
