  • Omega-3. The highest source of Essential Fatty Acid Omega-3 found in nature (1000 mg of Omega-3 in 5 g of Seed).

ALA Powder

 

The Microencapsulated Chia Oil,  ALA Powder is an excellent source of ALA fatty acid (>25%) that maintains all the organoleptic and stability characteristics of the Chia oil.

ALA powder is intended for liquid or powder applications in which oil addition is not possible. For applications in which a lipid base is easy to apply, Chia oil will be preferred, as it will contribute a larger amount of Omega-3.

Xia Powder-125 LM

 

XIA POWDER-125 LM is a high protein chia fiber extract that concentrates chia protein in a micro-milled format. It is a vegetable protein that is easily dispersible, high in quality, containing all essential amino acids and high digestibility. It also has the advantage of low in saturated fat and with no cholesterol. It is an excellent ingredient to help cover daily protein requirements, as well as a large portion of dietary fiber and omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids.
