Culinary grade matcha powder is made of Japanese green tea leaves (Tencha) cultivated with special care. It has a fresh green tea taste and natural vivid green color. Matcha has a rich nutritional profile; the leaf of Matcha is rich in polyphenols, vitamins, minerals, fibers, chlorophyll and L-Theanine. All of the health benefits of green tea can be found in Matcha. Traditional Matcha is ground slowly by a stone mill in order to avoid friction and heat which can cause the deterioration of its color and flavor.

Matcha Powder can be used as a new refreshing flavor for beverages, dairy products, confections and baked goods.
